Welcome Church is a large, lively, diverse, multi-generational church in the centre of Woking, Surrey. Their vision in all that they do is to see Life Transformed Through Jesus. They regularly gather over 1000 adults, youth & children at their two Sunday meetings, as well as serving & engaging hundreds more during the week. 

Youth & Young Adults Pastor

They are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and highly organised leader of leaders to oversee this key area of church life. Working with a dedicated team, this person will help create thriving, welcoming, and friendship-driven communities where youth and young adults can belong and grow in their faith.

This individual will love Jesus, feel called to serve Him wholeheartedly, and have a deep desire to see young people flourish. They will share the church’s vision to disciple youth and young adults into lifelong relationships with God — focusing not only on teaching and evangelism, but on the whole formation of their faith. They will also bring strong organisational skills, be able to coordinate, plan, and envision others to serve effectively.

Above all, they will be a leader of leaders: someone who can recruit, equip, and inspire a committed volunteer team, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and united in serving the gospel together.

Location: Welcome Church, Woking, Surrey

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Deadline: Sunday 4th January 2026

Hours: 37.5 hours across the week, including Friday nights and Sunday meetings.
