Projects run by church:

  • Welcome cafe - a focus and hub for all CAP services

  • GoRendang CIC provides home-cooked, nourishing and comforting meals to marginalised individuals and families suffering from food poverty and insecurity in Woking as well as empowering them into independent living by providing a platform to learn, gain confidence and a sense of belonging within the community through our social mission events and fund raising projects.

  • Part of Woking’s response to Afghan refugees

  • International Cafe - A place to allow those for who English is a second or third language to practice their English and enjoy community.

  • The Useful Wood Company - A social enterprise

  • Families Together support group

  • Bereavement Support

  • ‘Welcome tots' - parent and toddler group

  • Compassion UK Sponsorship

Involvement:

  • Prison work in two local prisons

  • Besom - furnish and refurbish homes

  • Foodbank

  • Street Angels
