20:20 Vision : Equipping Strategic Leadership

There are a number of key competencies and capabilities required of our leaders, but at the most fundamental level, leadership is all about language - talking and listening. There is generally no shortage of talk, but genuine listening is absent among many leaders. This session will explore how challenging something as apparently simple as listening can be, and how leadership effectiveness can dramatically improve in the presence of radical listening.
