The Harvest is Plentiful but the Workers are Weird!

If individuals and crowds flocked to Jesus, why are they flocking away from His church? What are the things we do that are unnecessary and unhelpful? How can our churches see broken and hurting people flock to us, so we can reveal Jesus to them?
