We are delighted to invite you to join us at the Commission Leaders Conference 2026!
Multiply: A call to sow, grow, and go
God has a great mission, and He calls us together to share in it. At the 2026 Commission Leaders Conference, we are gathering as a family of churches to seek God together and to stir fresh faith for a multiplication of people, churches and fruitfulness in all that we do. As we share in that mission, we come longing to advance into all that God has for us, growing disciples, planting churches, and reaching the nations with the gospel.
Who's it for?
This event is for anyone in our Commission churches, or who may be looking in, who holds a leadership position of any kind, inside or outside the church; small group leaders, kids leaders, youth leaders, trustees, serving team leaders, workplace and community leaders, leaders in the home - if you lead anything at all then you're invited!

Seminars
Thursday
-
We're said to be at the beginning of "The Quiet Revival" - with more and more seemingly unreachable people becoming open to faith - and to Jesus. Alpha are talking about an "invitation gap" where 4 million people in the UK would say yes to doing Alpha if a Christian friend invited them. How can we, individually and as churches, reach people in normal ways that will lead to them encountering Jesus?
-
Great leaders don’t just build ministries—they build people. In this practical seminar we will talk about how to identify, develop, and release the emerging leaders in your church. Drawing on biblical wisdom, pastoral experience, and proven leadership principles, The Art of Multiplying Leaders will equip you to create a culture where leadership grows, disciples mature, and ministry impact extends far beyond you.
-
The unreached are our responsibility. How can Commission become a movement which sends church planters to hard places?
Friday
-
Come and hear the story of how one Commission church in the UK has doubled in size (over the past 5 years) and has become genuinely evangelistic, leading to saved and added growth. What lessons can be learned? This seminar describes the journey of The Beacon Church, Camberley, (and will also feature Grant Earley and ‘GO Groups’.)
-
Church life is usually very busy—but are we doing what the church is supposed to do? This session will challenge and equip you to recognise the opportunities right in front of you and lead your church from activity to impact, making the most of this moment to reach people with the gospel.
-
In this seminar we will look at biblical examples of how APEST team ministry work out on global mission. We will then look at how it is working out on the ground for us in certain contexts and how it is taking shape in the UK and Europe.
Saturday
-
Following on from the first two seminars where we were emphasising how we sow the gospel personally and corporately, in this session we will look at how God is calling us to new people in new places as we hear the unfolding story of Commission's work in Italy.
-
How do we prioritise having a tender loving heart towards God and loving those around us? This session will explore how our rhythms and practices can help us grow in devotion to God, and keep us ready to share the good news with those in and around church communities.
-
Terry will give some background to the 'No Well Worn Paths' prophecy that has shaped Newfrontiers. He'll explore how he has seen it worked out in Newfrontiers over the years and what he sees for the future of the movement. This will be followed by a longer time of Q&A.
