We are really looking forward to gathering in person later this year. We have a great day lined up and it will look a bit different to our previous EtA days... 

During the day we will be hearing from Nat Ellerby, the Communications and Engagement Manager for Citygate Church who will be speaking to us about Comms principles - this is critical for us as we work with, lead and serve both volunteers and paid staff to make things happen and let people know what's going on.

We will hear from Simon Taylor, Operations Manager from Grace Church, Chichester, as he brings a wealth of wisdom around working in a small church setting, running multi-site churches, bringing insights on maintaining balance and boundaries - particularly where responsibilities can often feel overwhelming.

We will also have time during the day for a bit of networking / Q&A time with other people serving in churches of a similar size to yours so come prepared with your top tips & current challenges!

We will also be joined by Open Cloud who are a Kingdom business supporting companies, churches and charities with their IT, media and AV needs. They want to help provide:

 - Streamlined IT systems that enhance your vision and advance the Kingdom
 - Cost effective licencing
 - Knowledge that cuts through confusing jargon and gives you what you need
 - An understanding of social media and how to utilise it
 - Providing high quality sound and visuals for your meetings without costing you half your budget

As a part of their partnership and support of Commission, during the breaks, they will be offering a free surgery where you can come and bring any of your problems, concerns or questions around anything to do with IT, AV and media. They will aim to give advice and frameworks to help you overcome some of these challenges or arrange further discussions to see if their services can aid you and your church.
