Pastoral Lead – Together Church (Part-Time)
We’re seeking a compassionate and spiritually mature Pastoral Lead to help nurture a culture of care and discipleship across Together Church.

Details:

Location: Together Church, St James Road, Torquay

Hours: 8 hours/week (flexible)

Salary: £26,000–£27,000 (pro-rata)

Reporting to: Lead Elder

Deadline: Thursday 17th October at 12 midday

Role Overview:

This role involves direct pastoral care, equipping volunteers, supporting small group leaders, and being a prayerful presence in our gatherings.

Ideal candidates will:

• Have pastoral gifting and experience

• Be emotionally aware and relational

• Understand safeguarding and confidentiality

• Be passionate about discipleship and church life
