Operations Facilitator – Grace Church (Part-Time)
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to operate a wide range of administrative, technical, and facilities-related responsibilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our church’s physical spaces, digital infrastructure, events, and communications. You’ll be the go-to person for day to day operations, coordinating logistics, and supporting both staff and volunteers.

Location:  Grace Centre, Terminus Road, Chichester, PO19 8TX

Hours: up to 30 hours/week

Salary:  £30,159 per annum (FTE)

Deadline: Sunday 9th November 2025

Role Overview:

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of Grace Church’s day-to-day activities, events, and facilities. This includes overseeing logistics, building management, technical systems, and communications, while supporting both staff and volunteers. With responsibilities spanning event coordination, IT administration, health and safety, and creative support, this role requires excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will embody Grace Church’s vision and values, serving the church community with excellence and integrity while contributing to a welcoming, efficient, and mission-driven environment.
