Operations Manager

Harvest Church Alton is seeking an Operations Manager. This role is a key part of the leadership of the church’s staff team, providing operational support and strategic leadership. The role also includes oversight of the church’s lettings business (AMCCIC) and provides a unique opportunity to shape the staff team at a key transitional moment in the church’s life.

Details:

Hours: 40 hours per week (either Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday), some evening work required.

Location: Alton Maltings, Maltings Cl., Alton GU34 1DT

Salary: Starting salary of £36,000 to £38,000.

Contract: Full-time (willing to consider part-time)
